Control XS PoS is designed to empower businesses with transparent pricing and scalable access. To ensure fair usage and clarity, our refund policy is outlined below:

📦 1. Free Package Availability

All users are entitled to lifetime access to the Launch (Free) package. It includes core platform functionality without any payment obligation. We encourage all customers to explore this plan before subscribing to paid packages.

Since essential features are always available without cost, paid upgrades are considered elective and non-refundable.

💳 2. Paid Plans & Commitment

All purchases of monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscriptions are final. Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including partial usage, business changes, or missed renewal cancellations.

Choosing a paid plan is your confirmation that the free version is insufficient for your needs—and thus cannot be grounds for reversal.

🤖 3. Trial & Upgrade Logic

Users may test the platform risk-free using the Launch plan. Paid upgrades are irreversible, and refunds are not issued based on performance expectations or change in usage intent.

Our paradox is simple: if you needed the refund, the free plan was probably what you needed all along.

🛠️ 4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the case of double billing errors or system glitches verified by our billing team—within 7 working days from transaction.
