📜 Control XS PoS Management — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Control XS PoS software, services, and platforms provided by Infinitie Technologies (“Provider”).

By accessing or using Control XS PoS, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

 

1. 🛠️ Service Usage & Restrictions

  • Users are granted a non-transferable license to use Control XS PoS for business purposes only.

  • No part of the service may be copied, resold, reverse engineered, or sublicensed.

  • User credentials must be secured; the Provider is not liable for account misuse due to negligence.

 

2. 💳 Subscriptions & Billing

  • Pricing is subject to change with prior notice.

  • All plans (Free, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) are billed as per active packages.

  • No refunds are issued once a billing cycle begins.

  • Promotions or discounts are time-limited and may be revoked or updated.

 

3. 🔒 Data Privacy & Security

  • Usage data, transaction records, and business details are stored securely under the guidelines.

  • Infinitie Technologies may access anonymized analytics to improve services.

 

4. 📉 Downtime & Service Interruptions

  • While uptime is a priority, occasional maintenance or outages may occur.

  • Infinitie Technologies is not liable for direct or indirect loss due to interruptions.

 

5. 🔁 Modifications & Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify system features, enforce usage limits, or terminate access for abuse or legal violations.

  • Subscription may be revoked for non-payment, misuse, or policy breach.

 

6. ⚖️ Legal Compliance

  • Users are responsible for complying with applicable tax, business, and IT regulations.

  • Disputes will be governed by Indian jurisdiction under Punjab state law.
